Ideas pitched on Garage48 Tallinn

Garage48 Tallinn is about to start, people gathering. We will list all the ideas pitched on the stage here in this blog post. After pitching, all participants should choose their favourite ideas and form teams.
- Each idea gets 90 seconds + 2-3 questions from the audience and mentors.

Ideas pitched on stage:
1. Brainpoker - A trivia game reinvented. You get a question from the pot, i.e. "What is the capital of Zimbabwe?" Instead of betting on a poker combination, you bet on your potentially right or wrong answer. Revenue comes from selling audio recorded questions online.
2. Placebook - All geographical places and spots are filled with interesting stories. This is an application that will collect all books, movies and stories related to tagged places. Future revenue from affiliate sales and advertising.
3. Era.ee - After the domain reform pri.ee domains are not free anymore. Era.ee will give every Estonia citizen a free internet identity again.
4. $$ BRIBESQUARE $$ - An anonymous smartphone app will allow people to register bribes and see all registered bribes by area and by type of services involved (police, healthcare, technical standards etc). In a long run, you'll see the hot spots or corruption and most corrupt government strands.
5. Rent a parking space - Parking fees in the city are high. This free service would allow individual house owners to rent out empty spots around their house to car owners in need of cheaper parking places.
6. Bookmaps.com - Every year about 300K books are published, but we cannot read all of them. Bookmaps would graphically display main topics and structure of non-fiction books and clouds of references related to them. A source of deciding whether to buy a book or simply first introductions.
7. Full client card program SMEs - Let's create a common simple tool for SMEs to handle their campaigns and marketing activities (newsletters, customer logins etc).
8. Challenge game - Let's make games on social networks really social with a game of challenges (sport, personal goals, socializing). Revenues from advertising/prize games.
9. Cake Design Portal - This global cake ordering portal will allow people who are organizing weddings, birthday, business events to design their desired cake online. Revenues from commission fees with every order.
10. Costal traders navigator - This navigation (mobile and tablet) app will bring together merchants in costal areas and sailors in order to boost trade.
11. Designers showroom - Customers who are interested in tailor-made clothes don't have time to visit showrooms or boutiques. This platform would showcase (high end) fashion designers' portfolios, ready-made items and contact details.
12. Cross-platform cardgame enabler - A platform-independent virtual card deck tool that helps you find card game buddies internationally for games that need a specific number of players (i.e.birdge) Revenue from selling special services.
13. Slideshow/Facebook Advanced Photo App - This app enables an automatic slideshow for your photos on Facebook. App also lets you share your albums outside Facebook. Revenue from advertisements for mobile service users.
14. TuneSheet - An Android app for storing music sheets for choir singers and band players. Same platform could be used by publishing houses to sell the musical scores.
15. Sugarcubes - A web environment for sending "sugarcubes" - nice things, compliments etc to other people online. Contact base entered by conference and other event organizers. Revenues from anonymity and/or premium design options.
16. OpenAudioGuide - A crowd-sourced platform of audio travel guides for outdoor travelling. Revenue from sales to the future active user base.
17. Social Challenge application - Free online game of themed challenges, comes with a Karma profile and level-system to share on social networks. Revenues from ads on the mobile version.
18. KNOWHOW & SKILLS - A Facebook app that exhibits a person's social and professional skills and experiences. Let's learn about other people more!
19. TouchMessenger - An app that lets you simply draw the message on your touchscreen with your finger movements, put additional standard text or image and send it to your friend.
20. Mobile app for theaters and exhibitions - An easy way to view, comment, rate and recommend the events you (would like to) visit. Substitute for old, not interactive and non-social paper programmes. Revenue from sales shared between platform provider and organizers.
21. Lyricista - An e-product for getting creative poems & lyrics in minutes. Insert your data ("My friend Dana likes ballet") into the program and get automatically generated texts. Free version for social sharing, revenue from paying creative professionals.
22. Simple audio guide for exhibit organisers - A smartphone app to replace the current audio guide devices used in museums.
23. Taskra- Simply displays all employees' tasks to Project Managers. Allows importing and exporting task/ticket data form other task manager platforms.
24. Ranits - Offers tools for accounting, CRM, graphics, project management and time tracking for small business owners. Billing based on sales volume.
25. Shoprt - A smartphone e-magazine with ads, enabling the users to like/unlike items (on the models). After some initial data, the magazine is able to the user truly personalized and likeable offers.
26. Develop Eclipse - A tool that makes remote IT recruitments easier. You'll be able to view and collaborate over live code with a developer from anywhere in the world. Uses google docs as the back drop.
27. Viral Charity - Mobile app allowing anyone to start a charity and collect donators. Contributions through SMS/phone bills.
28. Magic MMO - A mobile real-life/augmented strategy game, conquer real life objects but earn your points virtually.
29. Trash out - Grab your phone, take a photo of trash/dirt/dog poo and the app sends an automatic alert to the house landlord or block manager. Acts of citizenship build up to a game too if you become the no.1 clean-up king of your city area.
30. Status Avenue/Cubicle - A dashboard for office workers where you can easily create meeting minutes and other administrative documents and share them with others.
31. Process Sherlock - Helps visualize industry processes, allows resource and people delegation and helps managers to make decision about process improvements.
