The idea is to organize three Idea Garages on Open Banking: one in Tallinn, one in Riga and one in Vilnius.
Why are we doing this? Open Banking is on the verge of shifting banking, just like the way internet banking did a decade ago. Simply put, the general intention of the concept is to enable third-party developers to build applications and services around financial institutions’ data and ensure greater financial transparency.
Although many banks are losing their initial enthusiasm and are backing out, Luminor is still brimming with confidence and pushing for the bright future of Open Banking.

The aim and ambition of the Idea Garages Open Banking Powered by Luminor, is to go back to the very roots of Open Banking- by opening up their API’s and giving a chance for everyone to shape and model banking towards their needs.

We are looking for developers, designers, data specialists, marketers, passionate project managers, business masterminds and banking professionals!

👉 Idea Garage is not your regular workshop, where people gather together, talk a lot and then go home and forget about it. It is a much-needed gathering, where initial ideas will mature and get ready to enter the next stage.
